1. Please prepare clear and detail job description and skills requirements (Job specifications) for the position
2. Invite application for the position through web advertising and through Newspaper.
3. Initial shortlist based on job description and skills requirement to being the total number of shortlisted candidates to manageable number (say thirty to forty)
4. Conduct written test on line or in office as applicable and bring down the number to ten or so
5. Now have competency based interview through Skype or face to face. This will bring down the number to four or five
6. At this stage you may select the best one or arrange another group assessment test and select the best one
