To conduct a successful event following key points are more important i.e. (i) Concept note/Agenda; (ii) Identify Target Audience; (iii) Allocation of Budget (iv) Invitations & confirmations; Logistics Arrangement; (v) Set up of confernce hall fully equiped with IT equipment; (vi) Advertisement; (vii) Printing of conference material; (viii) Catering; Safety&Security; (ix) Chalk out organizing committees with effective coordination and communication; (xi) Hiring of event management firm if necessary.
