I tried many times to join another organization/industry, but I find myself failed, because a power source or person is always required. A hitch is always there. No matter how skilled and experienced I am.
In my opinion, it's preferable to obtain various courses' diplomas/certificates,in English language,computer
skills,etc.This is of course in addition to your qualifications from schools,universities. Remember that as many skills you have as many golden chances to get a better job(good salary,etc) So, getting a correspondence course in how to write business letters,emails,etc and how you are able to run business
will be more chances to be selected by big companies and or businessmen,etc.

The ability to adapt and learn quickly and correctly is important. organisations do not have time to keep waiting and in todays world they want to see progress ..rapid progress and then ultimately delivery of your KRA's. It isn't wise though to rapidly change jobs in various industries. Ultimately any time spent in your professional life must all culminate to a final goal. you cant be doing completely different things each time as that would mean you are always starting from scratch.
I think that the most important skills are the ability to adapt quickly to any job and with different people and having an open mind so you can Accept Others so you can learn quickly the new job.
