It happens and its common, the head of HR and Finance or Payroll head must be clearly indicated to NOT share any such details to other. When salary slips are ready at the end of the month. Every individual should collect it by hand. To seniors, it must be provided during their presence. Strict policy adherence is key to keep this issue cool.

just don't tell to any of your co-worker about your salary, because sometimes there is a person who want you to go down and he will do everything to destroy your career, so be discreet enough about your salary.
