Communication thru booming technologies and human touch is not easy to carry along.

Human moments of face-to-face meeting and communicating is getting lost with increasing dependency on electronics and virtual mode of communicating.

Need for human moment is strong as it fosters trust, bond and confidence which high tech mode of communication does not ignite. It also provides an immediate opportunity to clear any confusions and ambiguity created thru virtual communication.

Human touch in communication skills require speaker emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is an art which a leader or manager should have in order to attract different trait of people.
