The crime in fact basically is a voilation to a social order or system, and violation to the law as well.
Crime is an improper act in the society.
By definition crime is a violation of the legal code. Within our society there are many standards dependent on background, faith, culture and education. Breaking these standards does not represent a crime unless it is codified in law.
As an example allowing a child in the front seat of the car does not violate a social standard but is illegal. It is a crime. Wearing shoes in an Arabic home is breaking a social standard but is not illegal it is not a crime.
Problems come in society when people attempt to impose their social standards on communities with different standards, punishing those whose break local social standards as if they were criminal.
The french ban on the Niqab is an example of differing social standards, codified into law, creating inter-community tension.
Very basic is that the CRIME is a public wrong, obviously it is a violation of social standards set in the society, thereby to regulate it accordingly legal code exists. So it is public wrong and violation of societal norms and a legal code. Thanks.
As long as it is a crime it really violates the social standards and legal norms
Both voilation of social standards and legal code are crime.
All laws when devised naturally are designed to protect social order and balance, therefore a crime is defined as crime if it harms the society and social order, resultant law terms that act as a crime
crime is the violation of both but now itb depends with the legal systerm of every country and its constitution and legislation, like we have islamic legal system which is diferent from
Crime is a violation both social and legal code because crime is against the ethics or standard set.
Both - It is an violation of the legal code/ law in the firts place, but also an violation of the social standards.
