first it depend how important the work and deadline. when possible,
employer should give the chance to debutant employee. if not how can the company grouwth?
Maybe the debutant needs some time to learn.
May be the Debutant employee needs time to learn and the employer is not sure whether after taking the sufficient time , the employee gets fit for the job or leave wasting employers time and money.
