  • I will Stay calm keep in mind that the customers problem is not personal; he or she is not attacking me directly but rather the situation at hand.
  • Listen well to the customer,i will let the customer vent out his/her anger and not interupting him/her since then she/he will begin to calm down.
  • Acknowledge the problem. i will let the customer know i hear what he or she is saying. If i or my company made a mistake i will admit it
  • Get the facts, i will try to get more details from the customer to offer a good solution
  • Offer a solution after getting all the detauls from the customer ,find out how i can provide the solution to the customer

Be patient when listening to customer and make them feel comfortable by letting them know that you are there to help.

Handling customer's complaint can be done in a cool manner by focusing on his/her needs and relating yourself to his/her issues as if it was your issue in resolving the problem. :) Well, probably more on human connection and addressing the correct resolution.

In my opinion , serve the customers with a smile. Identify the needs and wants of the customers and help them according to that. Most importantly, interact with customers in a friendly manner.

If you are dealing with customers on a daily basis, be sure to be patient when it comes to you client was puzzled and frustrated, and that you take the time to know the truth about what he wants without haste

It is important to be aware and Oaia for the feedback they receive them, whether spoken or unspoken in general

When it comes to important points need clearly communicated to customers, must be simple and clear and does not have more than one meaning or leave something to guess

Better customer service representatives know that they can not allow their clients revolutionaries Bastfsazhm or force them to lose their cool, and in fact try to be the "rock" on which to base a client who thinks that the world will fall due to the current problem.
