No it isn't...the consequences are many:
Firstly you are seen as a person who lacks honesty and integrity. Secondly organisations are within their rights to pursue disciplinary action(including dismissal) if the educational prerequisites to the job have been falsified by the candidate.Thirdy, at some point in time fake experience and fake education will take it's toll on the induvidual and the organisation. How long can you keep up the pretense?

This is not fare at all. So many people may success to get job by submitting their fake documents in initial stage but in long run most of the organizations verify their educational and expereince certificates and take appropirate action on result.
