I am looking to further my career in the IT field, and I wanted to know what is considered my “Next Step.”?

I am currently a level1 help desk specialist. What jobs should I be looking for if I want to continue on to be a network administrator and then, one day down the line, become a IT director?

you have to take some certification exams like CCNA, then you can move to MCSA to be a network admin, good luck
