Handling the work under pressure is an art for any professional. This is really an art that even you are facing any type of pressure at your work but you know clear that you have to give your best to your guest. Whatever the pressure you are facing but for your guest you are always gentle, pleasant and with lovely smiley face :)

Customer are the true asstes of the company.In my opinion willing to work under pressure means you should always prioritize your task first and always feel happy to provide excellent customer service even in your busy schedule or even in the high work volume.

the question itself explains the answer, which i would just like to elaborate in a simpler way. A person is working very hard because its a company/hotel demand, which almost everybody tries to do. which we can call as the  person has to do because he is not left with any option.

 

Now we say willing to work, this person is involved in his work and he is working not just to finish his work but would be also try to make it up to perfection, for company as well as for his self satisfaction. this is what we call dedication towards the work. where the work is not just for salary but to learn and grow within.
