Yes defenietly, especially the consumer market. where is drasticly decrease of spending have caused poor growth. The Gov itself has less turnaound over incometax and oil and Gas realted companies turned bankruptcy more more people loosing their jobs merely in service sector even un oils realated small medium companies such small restaurant canteen and so on had to closed down and move away.

Yes it's slow all over for Oil & Gas 

 

i think thats not matter. the benefit of these prices will be to every person. who is so much poor and hardly compensating his children hunger..the uper class can afford a little bit lose in their packages but the poor persons can not afford a single penis..
