Do you think that further education would aid your career progression? Would you like to pursue further studies?

Further education is essential if you certainly believe that your current job is not giving you enough opportunity to acquire the required skills and technical knowledge for your chosen career you wish to grow in. If you think you are well experienced and equiped with the skills for career progression in your chosen field, then you have to think twice if you really need to invest more time and money to further your credentials. It really depends on your perspective. Educational background will not be the biggest factor for most companies but a higher educational degree would definitely give you an edge over your competitors. However, I personally wish to pursue higher education not for career progression, but to pursue my passion.

Knowledge is important.The higher education you have the more chances you can get to the carrer you wanted in your life .More knowledge is an advantage just like getting a lot of experience with every courses you are studying will help your self to become a good and well known .So yes if given a chance to study again who wouldnt agree with it? It will be a big help for my improvement to reach the goal that i wanted .

yes ,definitely i would like to go on for pg courses in sales and marketing ,as i am having practical experience of sales and doing such course would definitely provide me with more insight and understanding about the concerned field

Every one must say ( Big Yes ) as no one lose when learn anything , for me I try to finish CMA , wish you all for me to make it done.

Yes the further education  is interesting to the career but the experience is most interesting and valuable to career

Further education is necessary if one plans to career progress upwards because different positions have different educational requirements. In essence, education without experience is nothing for one lacks the proper know how that is not necessarily provided through education.

 

Education helps one navigate their surroundings but experience provides the speed with which one maneuvers. If my current job allows and supports my need to further my education, YES education will be one of the paths to take and if the company one works for actually provides employees with a study policy that supports the idea then by all means study. This also should form part of succession planning through which companies can also prepare extremely gifted individuals to take up senior positions within the organisation.

Always Knowledge is wealth and surely this will improve our position in career. 

Of course without a doubt furthering your education would aid in advancing your career or your career progression.  If you work in education, you should always be pursuing further studies.  Also, furthering your education is not always about taking a course.  You can further your education through research and professional development. As and educator we should never stop learning. A great teacher is someone who is enthusiastic about learning and who loves to learn his or herself and who takes what they are learning or have learnt and then teaches it. If we as teachers are not passionate about learning and do not continue to educate ourselves, how can we expect our students to be enthusiastic about learning.

yes it will aid my career in so many ways .I would love to pursue my studies to cruise ship after I finish my hospitality diploma.
