So many projects are approved in emerging countries but developers are not getting any support from FI and commercial banks in their country, is it true?

In Vietnam atleast10 wind energy projects are approved but the investor has to run all around for finance.Vietnam is one of Asia's future destination on Wind Energy and justfail to understand why banks are not supporting such ventures. On the contrary,Danish and Norwegian business groups raise millions of dollars for their wind energy project at a nominal interest rate.

Wind energy projects in emerging countries suffer basically the same funding problems that any venture would suffer in the very same place, and main factors are always country risk and - sometimes - falling energy prices.
There is also a side issue in some cases, i.e.
wind turbine Operation & Maintenance services are not always available in emerging countries and this could affect annual technical availability and therefore a lower-than-expected-production with negative effects on the debt service.
Financing wind projects in this period is a nightmare also in some Eu countries like France or Italy, with higher incomes per MWh and lower country risks than Vietnam; obviously SOME projects (mainly giant ones) get financed but with giant companies sponsoring them behind.
Smaller companies and smaller projects encounter many troubles.
