Below is the list to make your morning meetings more productive: Prepare yourself a day before with all the doubts you have regarding various projects. List down all your tasks which you have completed to check its feedback from your colleagues. List down the support you require from your colleagues and in what aspect. Note down your new ideas so you can share it with your team and move it to a step further. Remind your team to prepare their task lists so not much time is wasted in meeting and all the discussions can be done point to point. I prefer more time should be allotted for execution of tasks rather than meetings and if there is not much to discuss then time should be used on different things to develop the business.

The purpose of morning meetings is to check in with team members about how their day will look like. An effective morning huddle is chance for your team members to share information with each other and deliver project status checks

Following are few things need to be considered to run an effective morning huddle.

1. What did you accomplish yesterday/last week?

2. p priorities for the day/week

3. Review your company’s or your team’s top metrics.

4. Recognize other team member accomplishments.

If it regular meeting every day then you don't need to agree or publish any agenda about the meeting as you already discussed/agreed about this point fro the begining.

I can recommend to make it more productive one by doing the following:

1- Discuss the most & extreme case that violates/breaches or exceede/meet the rules, performance, ethics,,,etc and take the lessons learned.

2- Review all  KPIs  & normall progress you agreed about
