As An HR always they need an experienced person such that no job stops for just training, and training cost is another issue. You have to show your knowledge about the job and you should be100% confident on what you speak.
Just start with some smaller companies till you gain enough experience then go to a bigger one
no need for convincing here, be yourself ! if they're not convinced, and you lost it, it just means that this job is not made for you. a lot of companies hire fresh grads, because they learn more quickly , adapt better and easily to Reform in terms of mentality and skills..
