Tue,

and legal title depends on factors such as1) has the buyer got full use of the goods purchased, or does some technical set up and implementation need to happen,2) has all contingent conditions been satisfied;3) has selling company still have management control?

True, in the sale process the ownership change from the seller to the buyer; similarly the reward and risk also transfer with title.
