What is the best way to deal with the student inside the classroom? and How can you attract him to your way of teaching?

according to my point of view,the nature of students alwys differ for one another.inorder to deal them in a best way a teacher must be co operative,sincere,polite and may give such an enviroment in the class to the students that students may give full attention to them

In my opinion there isn't one ideal way to deal with the student .Each one has a different way  to deal with.For example children in the village different from those in the county .Also children in rich or high society are different from the poor ones.What attract attention in one class isn't necessary has the same effect in a different one .so each group has a different way to attract him.The clever or successful teacher is the one who would be able to attract the learner's attention according to the unique case of each of them.

Having a one on one session with the student as time may permit.
