Is it really something difficult to get the job in Middle East by simply sitting and applying from your home country?

Good Question even i want to know the answer.

Im from INDIA looking for Jobs In QATAR for nearly1year now. i have tried Bayt.com , Qatar Living Website, Qatar Companies Websites, Qatar Newspapers.but NO Positive result. Still looking for jobs. 

cant apply for visit visa also. heard from many people that if you want job in Qatar ,you will need reference, a very good reference. is it True ?? i dont have any Reference.

Anyone who got selected for job in Middle East by applying from Home country just sitting at home. Please share your Experience and tips. it will be very helpful.
