the employers look for candidates who are qualified enough for the job requirements and their previous experience, they look for their communication skills and how far they know and use their body language, they also look for their leadership skills and how far they can work in a team , they look for their ambitions , how far the candidate is a self-motivated person, how far the candidate has an ability to take risk, how far the candidate has inner strength and how he/she is ready to compete to achieve their goals and the organization's goals as well.
