Asp.Net MVC, JQuery, Angular JS, AJAX
Based on the requirement you can use pure HTML5/ Asp.Net MVC instead of Asp.Net. Because if you having an ntyre architecture project with web services (REST), you can use both html and ajax (using Javascript). If you have no web services you can use MVC. in MVC you can use HTML5/ Knockout for advanced model binding to HTML controls and Javascript.
