انا بريطاني في جامعة خاصة في الرياض (اخضر منخفض). انهيت فترة العقد سنة و اريد ان انقل الكفالة دون موافقة الكفيل. بقانون يسمح بعد انتهاء مدة العقد؟

 I am a British lecturer of Architecture (British Passport holder) currently working at a riyadh Private university. 

I have finished the term of the initial contract signed on6/Jan/2014 (see attached), which was for1 year. Up to now, I have spent over20 months with the university,8 of which (after the contract period) is without a signed contract. My and my family’s current Iqamas will finish in March2016.

My2 daughters are currently studying at local schools, and my wife is working at PNU.

I am not sure if my current employer will agree to give me a Letter of No Objection (or agree to transfer sponsorship to a new sponser).

I need your advice whether I am able to transfer the sponsorship without the consent of the current employer (Low green band), as I do not want to disrupt the life of my daughters and wife.

I heard that there is a new law that permits the transfer of sponsorship without the current employer’s consent under certain conditions, one of which is that the contract period has ended - which has been satisfied.
