Knowledge has the power of success in the practical life. Experience keeps polishing you through out the life. Degree is the proof of your knowledge in particular field. All of them are mutually related to move toward highest  level in the life

Thanks for inviting me . The most important thing in life practical, according to my personal opinion as an expert in human resources is the (experience). Because labor market these days does not depend on (only graduation certification), but depends entirely on ( a ready graduate ) who has (experience) which gives him a priority for Joining in labor market in fastest time. If a graduate wants to be at top of employment's lists for employers, then he has abilities in order. He must qualifies himself well before thinking about joining to labor market. First must knows market demands to know what to do it for his scientific and practical abilities, it's better for a person to begin development of his capabilities during university study in order to obtain a job that suits his ambitions in future in the various world jobs.

Well it is Experience & knowledge

We gain our knowledge about the world and our life from two sources , from books and from experience. these tow sources are very important but the problem is wich of them is very important?? in fact knowledge from books forms a very important part of our knowledge structure. In school and college we learn knowledge that is fundamental to our future career. We learn knowledge from books in order to make our contributions to the society in the future, we will be illiterate and ignorant without learning knowledge from books. On the other hand , we can not learn everything from books. "Experience is the best teacher is " is an old cliché but i agree with it. the most important , and sometimes the hardest things we learn in life come from our participation in situations. We learn how to get along with others and how to gain self respect from our experience not from books. We can not learn emotional feelings, such as love and care, through books, they come from our real life experience, so i guess knowledge from experience is also very important supplement to knowledge from books.........Needless to say both learning sources are very important and a degree is a supplement to both  because u can not judge a book by its cover.

Once you get into the profession, there will be no need of Degree............... You actually need Degree to prove that you have the basic skills to be hired.

 

Knowledge and experience are the most important things that a professional needs throughout the life span.
