First of all the question is in a very bad English. Not acceptable. I guess it comes from machine translation which requires a human translator to catch the irregularities that a machine cannot detect,I guess the right question should be: In translation what are the differences between alliteration and assonance?Alliteration refers to the repetition of a consonant sound, assonance it the repetition of a vowel sound. Both methods are used for ex in poetry. When such a case is translated into a target language, it is a real challenge as no source language equals in structure any target language. This is what will get lost in the process of translating. It can still be a great translation, but it cannot carry the exacts structures than the original.
