The best in business always hire for attitude, this is more important in Sales career. No amount of education, degrees or training can change a person's attitude, it might work sometimes but more than often down the line there are many issues that can effect day to day operations. Always hire for attitude, skill is something that can be taught in good time. It is easier to teach an employee a number of skills than to change someone's attitude as that can only be changed if the person him/herself realizes their short comings and strives to improve oneself, self realization is much harder than it sounds.
