This is a very broad question, and to answer it there are a lot of factors that should be considered.
This all depends on your setup; is it a standalone server or cluster of servers? Are you on budget or you have good budget to invest? What are the Operating Systems that will be used? and many other things to consider before saying which Hypervisor is better.
If you are looking for a free Hypervisor then Citrix Xen is the best to consider or ESXi free version but with very limited features.
If you have a good budget, then VMware is the best to use as they are still dominating the market.
I personally use VMware as they are very solid, reliable, and supports a wide range of operating systems.
Hyper-V is also rapidly growing and it is getting good rankings in the market, but I didn't extensively used it.
is it citrix have cloud plateform ?
Well the answer to this question is relative,it depends on what is your work model?
I personally involved with Data center business development and Citrix is my first choice.
