Yes. It is possible for you to get job in hotel, but initially you'll get less pay and you have to focus your studies on hospitality etc before the interview to get selected.

In my opinion if you have the passion for the hospitality industry, the charisma, the attitude, the flexibility and the willingness to learn then I personally hire you with full confidence.

 

Simply we cannot change the employees personality and we cannot design staff to suit our business model it’s something you have it or don’t. If you are pleasant and cheerful person willing to provide great service to our guests then of course you can be developed in your department through training, coaching and shadowing the rest of your colleagues to reach the objectives.
