The question is little bit ambiguous; there are two parts for this issue:

The first part related to the way that you install Adobe CS6, for all earlier versions of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) up to CS5.5, there was a special version that support Arabic Language which known as Middle Eastern (ME) Version. Adobe CS6 and Adobe CC come with the Arabic support included in the application itself, so what you have to do is to select the preferred language during installation, and you don't need to have a special version as before.

The second part of this issue is the compatibility of Adobe CS6 and Adobe CC with AXT and Old Arabic fonts for both TTF and Postscript formats, both of these types have some issues with Adobe CS6 and Adobe CC. You need to have the Open Type (OTF) version of the font. If the OTF version of the font is not available then you need to regenerate the font with font generating application such as "Font Lab" or "Fontographer".
