Thanks for the invite,

I do not think there are framed questions or templates to be presented at an interview! Questions may vary, and a qualified interviewee should be up to the situation, to which he must be prepared fully before.

Thus, I can not guess questions and/or smart answers to be dealt with during an interview. I could say everybody who is entering an interview should collect all knowledge, details and information relating to the interview.

I fully agree with MR Amir Ageeb that there are no ready made answers. But one should prepare for some common questions like

  • Why should we hire you?
  • What is ur weakness?
  • Why do u want to leave ur current job?

Should study about the vision statement of the company taking the intervew , gather as much information possible on the net.

The situations and behaivors questions are smart to discover the attitude and candidate personality and how the candidate interact with diffuclt situations

1. what the negative things your boss said about you

2. Give me three pricinples you strongly believe in?

3. Tell me about the time you didn't put% from you effort with certain tasks

4. what the value you can add to our company?

Before going for interview, at least do prepare few questions:

1 - Your experience for the role you are invited.

2 -  Research on company profile/business/ products & services.

3 - Prepare for competency/behavioral/situations related to job.

4 - have a look at your resume and is it related to your experience and expertise, don't fake it.
