Organizing is a way to ensure that the operation rightfully on  the tract. It is necessary and essential for the process of  implementation of the plan. It makes the things easy and clear to do.  If all were organized then the  direction of the operation  will be smooth and the goal would be easy and achievable.

Operations management refers to the activities, decisions and responsibilities of managing the resources which are dedicated to the production and delivery of products and services.

Organizing is an essential part of management. In another word, in order to Manage effectively you must: plan, organize, coordinate, lead and control.

 

There is a clear relationship between Operations and Management. Hence, organizing is an integral part of both Management and Operation.

Thanks for the invite. Organizing is the core aspect of Opeartions management. A business can flourish only if it's operations are organized well. If the operations are not organized it will directly effect the sales and the team involved in the operations. In case of retail businesses, the company is fully dependent on its sales to grow and expand and if this part or any of its team is not organized then it can lead to closure of the business. This is how important is the organizing part in Operations management.
