How to improve productivity in construction projects?

Creating a healthy working environment , building trust in your team and improve their skills when you have that a proper plan with specified target and motivated workers miracles can be achieved

In a simple perspective. Delegate the job to correct person. Understanding the people ability before allocating the job might help us achieve expected productivity. 

Make the labor force to understand the importance of job, Making them feel more responsible might result in better productivity.

First thing is to understand the psychology of crew, then comes the method statement, Target and deadlines. Pulling them is always better than Pushing.

Using correct tools might increase the productivity.

Time, Money and Machinery are Three Pillars of any project and all the three are correlated.

Motivation, Boost Morale and Believe in Team

1-Analyze the entire construction processes in details .

2-Do better planning .

3-train your staff and crew.

4-practice new technology .

5-Enhance Communication network.

Firstly by choose a suitable team of laborers which they can completing the project perfectly, after that must determined the target to finish the project ,and try to provide to them all personally or practically requirements. To let them concentrate in their works

First Time Right - In order to increase productivity in construction industry, simply get all tasks First Time Right. This will enable you to reduce wastage of resources (including time) and improve productivity.

first, motivate your people by entrusting & communicating to them, give them target in every pace or scope works, provide their needs ahead of time in terms of materials and other items needed  to achieve their work. if possible give them rewards if they attained the target work. improved their skills by training or sharing of ideas and as supervisor, we should check their work from time to time to avoid mistakes and reworks..  second, avoid delays by planning and proper coordination with other contractor (civil,electro-mechanical,etc.)
