How do you handle criticism? كيف تتعامل مع النقد؟

بصدر رحب ,  فان قذفت بحجاره فاستعملها لكى اتعلى عليها واصعد

1- Try to see criticism as an opportunity to improve  work.

2-Be strong and confident in your abilities. Sometimes the most successful people are the ones who go against the grain and defy public opinion.

3- If you are in a leadership position, you will need to show that you are responsive to criticism by calling a meeting to discuss feedback and work towards solutions.

سيكون النقد بالنسبة لي حافز قوي لتصحيح أخطأئي وعيوبي التي يراها الأخرون ان كانت مقنعه 

رحم الله إمرئ اهداني عيوبي

اتعامل مع النقد على انه نقد بناء بأن أحول السلبيات التى يراها البعض الى ايجابيات حقيقية

دائماً اتعامل مع النقد بإيجابية حتى لو كان سالباً

Take it in good spirit, evaluate it and correct it for value addition.

النقد من ضمن الاشياء التى تجعلنى دائما اعمل وقفة مع نفسى واصحح اخطائى واراجع حساباتى

simply by keeping my emotion in control........

There is many kind of criticism differ from person to person and every kind have a different way to deal with some of them:

1- Manager criticism usually i respect it and try to learn from my fault

2- Parent criticism always is for my best and i learn from them a lot

3- Friend or people who care about you also i respect them and try to correct my fault

4- others who critcise you because of you're success or they don't like you, and let you always feel that you're nothing and you did nothing blabla bla, i will tell him this issue will not work at all because i will be more stronger beside tis type of criticise.

I always handle criticism in positive way as it helps me enhancing my understanding / skills.

هناك نوعين من النقد 

نقد بناء و هو ما يقال يظهر لك عيوبك بصيغه النصيحه للتعديل منها 

و هناك نقد الزم و هو النقد الذى يقال لك لكى يضايقك او زما لك 

و انا كمبدأ اسير عليه فى حياتى ان انظر لاى امر على انه خير لى 

النوع الاول اتقبله جدا و احترم من ينقدنى بهذا الشكل و اخذه بعين الاعتبار 

اما النوع الثانى فهذا يظهر لى ما فى داخل الذى يتحدث معى و احاول ان اتجنبه
