As Quality Control supervisor, my role is extensively dependent on daily follow up of work flow at several aspects, besides accepting the employees notes will direct me towards the source of work problems and how to manage their solving carefully.
Also, employees will pay your attention to solutions of work troubles in an convenient manner in many situations.
Managers must ensure that there is Involvement of People at all levels in the organisation. This includes ensuring that there is an awareness of the importance of meeting customer requirements and responsibilities in doing this, and people are competent, on the basis of appropriate training and experience.
Teams in a kaizen environment could develop the culture of total quality through building collective responsibility and develop a sense of ownership, provide additional communication channels between individuals, management, customers and suppliers, develop problem solving skills and facilitate awareness of quality improvement potential, leading to behavioural and attitude change.
