Customers expectations vary from cuntry to country and from culture to culture, but some things are common in everywhere just like to make the customer feel that its the only company providing the services of its nature no one is in its competation. Then make the customer feel thathe/she is the king in the world company is only for him/her, no one else has any stake in this company. If here we say that understanding the customer psychology is the most important factor in competative business market,....it will be offcourse wright. Because there are thousands of companies providing services in market might be in better way then you, so why customer come to you instead of other is the most important factor to make feel to the customer. If some one succeeded in making customer feel that nothing else in the world expect that company or product, he/she is the best and successful customer service provider in the competative market.
