Dear Nitin Chandran

This method is very important and of great significance. Using this method, you can update your workforce/staff with the current trends, new technologies, motivation of workforce/staff and just revision of the previously learnt lessons etc.

I would like to refer you to some similar techniques used in this era. All international professional bodies like organisation of chartered accountants, medical paractioners, engineers organize CPD (Continued/continuing professional development) to keep updated their members.

Hence, I am strongly in favor of such activities. These will be much beneficial. Its least benefit is the routine interaction with the workforce/staff. Which you know is it self a great thing from the point view of the lower staff/workforce.
