dears my co workers in management jobs 

our positions are so easy if we follow our sense after we had an experience in management and our education as a managers .

SO, we smartly start with our workers, employee, subordinates and persons follow us in our jobs with  orientations and training after that observation and controlling and go to accountability fields.

IF, we ruled that steps , I thin its easy to get good result with your team players.

I will be a successful manager which i will acknowledge the expertise of my staff .

Being a manager which means that your job is to manage other people doing the work. If you find yourself doing the work, then you are not being a manager but an overpaid worker. If you look to their expertise in doing the job they will respect your expertise in managing them.
