falling objects whenever an affected employee is6 feet (1.8

meters) or more above a lower level. Protection also must be

provided for construction workers who are exposed to the

hazard of falling into dangerous equipment.

Where you are bound to fall from height and injured yourself, it is compulsory to donned a body harness. There is no safe distance when we discuss about falling from height hazards. Even falling from a bicycle also can cause a hairline fracture. (My experience in the industry as HSE Practitioner)
