I THINK IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE A SENSIBLE HUMAN BEING AMIDST ALL THE TARGETS WE ARE GIVEN & ALSO THE PRESSURE WE WORK DAILY. IF MY CONSIENSCE IS UP & WORKING HIGH THEN IT IS NOT A DIFFICULT OPTION TO SAY "NO" IF ANY SUCH ETHICAL OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ARISES! AT THE END WE SHOULD BE CONVINCED OURSELVES WHAT WE ARE DOING & EVERYTHING FALLS IN SPACE!
When a point comes to ethics or social responsibilty we must be courageous to say no to the customers but must try to convince the customers first and tell them the meaning of these to you and your company.
