Weight can be reduced by controlling your diet and exercising. Controlling diet means earing a balanced diet at the right time. Ensure eating starch contents foods during the day when you are active so that it can be converted to energy rather than in the evening because starch converts to fats which contribute heavily to weight gain. The other way is to do exercises to lose weight.
