I don't care about his young age ,all what I care about is the experience that I will gain from him , the amount of new items that I would learn , most leaderships are trying to recruite experienced ones no matter about his age and if there was an experienced one available ,he will be recruited as young and youth are needed in the viens of the foundations.
I can accept only if he is younger but not less experience, younger managers means new effective ideas but less experience will increase your job tasks and takes your work time.
Yes I do believe we have alot to learn from people we work with regardless of their age and experience in the work place. New ways of doing things emerge each new day and just when we think we know all there's to know about how to do something by working with people who we think are younger or have less experience we may find they do know more than we thought we knew

No matter what his/her age is as long as he has a good experience in the field. He might has worked less and gained much more experience than some one who has worked for longer time.
Young Manager is ought to be highly qualified if he is hired as manager, therefore he has new ideas to contribute and job can be more interesting.
