Suppose I have drawn a drawing in A2 paper size, is it possible to get printout the same drawing in A1 or A0 paper sizes?

Yes you can print on any paper size but be careful always about scale becouse if u change the paper size the scale also wil b changed acoring to paper sizes. There is the international standred: ISO216 for A series paper sizes the paper sizes are double or half of every lower or bigeer size of paper check this link to understand that how to change scale with the change of a paper size http://www.papersizes.org/a-paper-sizes.htm

Yes, can always be ensure about scale of your objects in the sheet.

Because almost scale in Layout might be vary.

If scale has not taken from the drawing object, we cannot bother above all those things.

yes you can but what about the scale you should take care about this point when you increase the size you should increase the details in drawings and decease the size of font if you use autocad

Defiantly you can do. It may usually require to print a high scaled drawing to low scale for various reasons such as review. You may select the automatic scaling option and the desired sheet size in your print options.

It would be better firstly to change the scale in a programe on your pc because if you print it in a larger paper then it would be a problem with the pixels of your drawing and you won't see it so clear and in a good quality like in a A2 paper.

yes, but you should change the scale, & for these cases of drawings that you need to print in any scale i prefer to convert all your dimensions/hatches/texts/ annotations/blocks to annotative objects because by this action the scale for all mentioned objects will be changed automatically when you change the plotting scale

Yes you can print on any paper size because all these paper sizes are based on the international standard  but be careful always about scale, Because if u change the paper size you should check your required scale also Because almost scale in Layout might be varies.

And you should be careful about your Text, Dimensions,  Blocks, and lots of Things as per your Assignment.
