Yes you can print on any paper size but be careful always about scale becouse if u change the paper size the scale also wil b changed acoring to paper sizes. It would be better firstly to change the scale in a programe on your pc because if you print it in a larger paper then it would be a problem with the pixels of your drawing and you won't see it so clear and in a good quality like in a A2 paper.

yes, but you should change the scale, & for these cases of drawings that you need to print in any scale i prefer to convert all your dimensions/hatches/texts/ annotations/blocks to annotative objects because by this action the scale for all mentioned objects will be changed automatically when you change the plotting scale
