Raw materials affects either directly or indirectly the finished good product quality here we have to list it as secondary and primary raw materials ;
Primary low quality raw materials affects deeply the finished good performance since it's a main raw material and the product performance counts on it
Secondary raw materials affects the finished good image however it may not affect the finished good quality / performance we may be talking more about packaging materials or guemic materials for only marketing purpose ;
Now on both primary and secondary materials non conformances are listed between critical , major and minor non conformities ;
Minor non conformities can be disregarded however product performance before any production has to be studied through product specifications and further lab testing and marketing panel tests
Basically major and critical non conformances are not to be discussed rejection must take place only one scenario may be taken into consideration a rush production approved by marketing and management and dedicated for low market costumers what has been mentioned is also based on impact if very high (bad quality-image ..) quality management have to interfer in order to refuse the production and refuse all approvals
