First of all you have to know who is you going to sell to. Knowing you customer desires would help you to influence their decision. Second, your relationship with your customer would keep them for a long life time term. For salesperson skills, you have to be apple to answer every question that the customer ask you. Which means you have to know every detail about the product you selling. Also you have to be able to make them think about what you selling and why is it the best of all the product.
