• “How does that make you feel?
• What is the worst part?
• What are you trying to achieve?
• What would you prefer instead?”

  Asking questions will helps you gain a deeper understanding of the situtation and possibly reframe it.

Get to the Point.

Quit the Blame Game.

Don’t Be a Know-It-All.

Talk Online & Offline.

Think Now, Talk Later.

Take a Minute.

-A good communicator always gives feedback,

-Respond to messages in good time when they are delivered,

-Use simple grammars and expressive words,

- a good communicator is a good listener,

- always take down notes during a conversation

• Avoid Jargon's
• Avoid ambiguities in messages
• Proper channels and intermediaries  support communication well.
• Make sure the recipient received the information well before delegating further tasks

I would have to agree with Rahul, a good communicator is one who listens.  The amount of issues that can be resolved by parties actually listening to each other and voicing opinions in a coherent manner, with time allocated to each party to speak, will eliminate all these issues that occur routinely due to miscommunication and misunderstanding.

By Applying the below3 Concepts :

1) More Listening.

2) less Talking.

3) Physical solutions solving Problems.

Being a better communicator is all about understanding your audience.You need to adapt with the different target audiences as each group has a different mindset as well as different expectations out of the communicator.

A better communicator should predominantly be a good listener in order to make up his mind to communicate effectively.An effective communicator is the one who puts his message in a right way at the right time considering his audience.In this respect it is well suggested to avoid use of jargons so as to enable any layman to understand his message quite clearly and comfortably.

You are born with that code in you.  That's your mission. And you have to achive that mission that is given to you .

As your personality grows, that inner spark in , grows with you, and always finds its way to be shown.

Who see will see.

Who hear will hear.
