Take ownership of your reactions

Ask questions for example:

  • “How does that make you feel?
  • What is the worst part?
  • What are you trying to achieve?
  • What would you prefer instead?”

Asking questions will helps you gain a deeper understanding of the situtation and possibly reframe it.

I would have to agree with Rahul, a good communicator is one who listens.  The amount of issues that can be resolved by parties actually listening to each other and voicing opinions in a coherent manner, with time allocated to each party to speak, will eliminate all these issues that occur routinely due to miscommunication and misunderstanding.

A better communicator should predominantly be a good listener in order to make up his mind to communicate effectively. An effective communicator is the one who puts his message in a right way at the right time considering his audience. In this respect it is well suggested to avoid use of jargons so as to enable any layman to understand his message quite clearly and comfortably.

technically at first must understand how the strengths and weaknesses of the other person juxtaposed with our strengths and weaknesses , then grab a conclusion as quickly as possible whether the other person is stronger than you or weaker than you. if he is stronger then the properties we should be a little weaker , but if he is weak should be more respectful attitude that he thinks that we are of one mind , then there is going to be a lot of opportunity to be able to make them agree to what we want .
