1-firm treatment

2-there is not an interaction between the leader and his employees

3-follow the same routine at work

4-there is no the " spirit of teamwork"

Firstly change should be mixed into organization culture from Top -Down. Usually autocratic and pessimistic leaders resist change in organization culture.Causes are that fear of losing position power,influence.It depends upon organization structure as well.Simple,Matrix or functional structure.In Matrix structures they should be flexible.In simple or more autocratic they  more resist change due to influence of apex.

Leadership that doesn't delegate authority,and doesn't give maximum autonomy to bottom or operation fears lose of control and bargaining power.
