On a regional scale, when making a decision, how is it possible to measure and track the outcome?

Can you duplicate a success story from one region to another?

dear Hussein, from my Marketing perspective usually we use the  KPIs of Marketing, and sales or the product positioning might be affected by the differents decisions ,  but to be frank with you usually to track any offline decision is harder than if you want to track the online decision.

and according to duplicate a success story from one region to another, I believe that if these regions have the same and behaviors and culture we can duplicate the success story, but in many industries the behavior and culture are not the same..

as example:English Language publishing industry

now in Egypt the parents have a point of view when the school chose the curricula  , so you have to put in your consideration not the school only but also the parents .

in London the school managment has own vision and the parents don't get involved.

it's different culture so, it's different success stories

what do you think?

Hello,

First, it is recommended to use forecasting techniques (please tell me if you need more details about them), and then, after taking the decision, you should determine some specific measures to apply on all countries, where it can help you to see the variations in the region.

it is very important to unify the measures in all the region, and analyze the results separately per country or city.

Thank you both for your valuable advices; What you provide is applicable and logical.

We, in the construction sector, face challenges from the legislative and normative fronts along with trading & custom laws.

Strategizing and planning is vertually unmeasurable, forecasts are made based on linear equation i.e. with a varaiation of +/- x%

When the markets are calm, the results are more or less predictable though, we now are living in volatile markets especially with the political and socio-economic situations: I am sure your businesses are affected in the same manner with delays of respone timing .
