for Fresher, first doing CCNA R & S certification because it creates and developed networking skills.
then go for professional Certifications.
Networking is a continuous studying field. Begin with CCNA, then CCNP, meanwhile you can study MCSE, (MCSE is very easy compared to CCNA and CCNA is more difficult than CCNPas well). At that time you will be able to decide exactly which field you will go for specialty, also the job that you are in, will help you to visualize your market, your options, and the most important thing is, what you love to do
Before moving towards Networks, you must have strong skill in system administration. Please go first for MCSE. CCNA is good is option for fresher's.
Entry CCNA R&S
Then CCNP (better do CCVP)
Can do CCIE after getting experience
MCSE is an added value as most companies will be taking CCNA+MCSE candidates
Sorry this is not my specialization
