Most country of our modern world is now a major source of illegal drugs like opium and heroin and illegal chemicals like Eaba, Marijuana etc for the world market. Bearing, selling or using is highly anti social activities and most of the countries have their own rules and law punishing such anti-social persons. Now, if  an employee or a group of employees bear illegal drug/ illegal chemicals then the related authority should immediately dismissed them from their service and quickly handover them to Law and Enforcement Authority to punished them properly. In Asia, most countries have adopted a severe stance against drug-related crime, and heavy penalties -- including capital punishment, lengthy jail sentences, and large fines have been widely adopted.

In Bangladesh, those convicted of drug offences face mandatory prison sentences, even for small amounts of illegal drugs and can suffer the death penalty. Brunei imposes a mandatory death penalty on some drug offenses. Lesser penalties include long prison sentences and corporal punishment. In Japan, penalties for drug offences are severe and may include heavy fines, lengthy imprisonment and deportation. Under Japanese law you can be convicted of drug use based on positive blood or urine tests alone. So office executives must be aware that, his /her offices are free from illegal drug/ illegal chemicals at all times

Immediately and without delaying even for a minute REPORT to the Management and if possible inform enforcement agencies (Police or FIU or Anti drugs / criminal agencies in your country)
