Is it right to divide the shifts in guest relation section?

Hospitality colleagues should be ready to serve the guest at any time as guest needed. So, of course, it is ok to divide the shift for guest relation section.

I wouldnt say as its right or wrong. It depends on the demand for it. If necessary we have to divide or else have shifts as per the safety and security of the individual. If given a serious thought we can find solutions always.
