How do I choose between a degree in accounting and finance and a degree in marketing and management? Could you give me some tips please.

Both are good............ it depends where your inclination and aptitude is?  

Being a marketing person, I believe marketing is important and more critical than finance in any business activity. Even the success of financial services (like banking and insurance) and products like loans and credit cards are dependent on how well they are marketed as there is not much difference in the interest rates and charges.

Do your SWOT analysis, where you are good or not so. Make your decision on the basis of your strength and ask the related field experts but1st do own analysis and inclination with rationality.

Aptitude is the right answer to decide the carrier, not what you want ask what you are good in? If you have aptitude for accounting and finance now with it, if you think you are creative, go for Digital marketing. its your future in your own hands, 

try a short general course in each first, then decide what you liked the most

Choose based on where your career interest lies. 

As Mr. Khan mentioned make an SWOT on your strengths, weaknesses, likes & aspirations.
